This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is well situated with Hampton court train station opposite and views of Hampton court palace from the lounge however massively needed updating so over 8 weeks we;
Went for a full rip out and started again, brand new heating and hot water system along with a rewire.
Engineered oak flooring in the big entrance hall and lounge then grey carpet in the bedrooms.
Decorated with light and medium greys with door and electrical furniture in chrome.
To keep with the style of the building and with the large sash windows at the front of the building, we decided to go for a traditional yet modern feel to this refurbishment.
With marble effect brick tiling and traditional bathroom suite and furniture, making a feature of the lounge fireplace we added a new mantel piece and changed the tiles.
The kitchen is small, however with clean lines and integrated appliances and a stone work top it turned out really well, we didn’t want to just tile the walls we wanted to give it a unique look and used oak flooring to clad the walls.
New solid oak doors and modern column radiators really set this place off and our clients were over the moon with the end result.
As a repeat client they were happy to give us full control, they allowed us to design the kitchen and bathroom and come up with the colour schemes…They were not to sure on the oak cladding in the kitchen however they trusted us and after glad they did.
