All our engineers are fully qualified and insured and will arrive at your property clean and tidy wearing uniforms.
Where possible all our work is covered by a 12-month guarantee. In the rare occasion that you are unhappy with any work, we will return free of charge to correct all works.
All customer details are dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and we will NOT share your details with any third party.

With an increased demand for emergency response electrics, we have opened a dedicated ‘Emergency Electrician’ arm of the business. This has allowed us to offer a dedicated fast response service covering West London, Kent, and Sussex areas.

1 hour minimum charge and then in 15 minute intervals
The first hour must be paid on arrival of our engineer and then the full balance on completion, should your emergency take longer than an hour
Materials are charged at trade prices plus a 20% mark up
Material collection is charged at a flat rate £50 should an engineer have to go and collect vital parts
A digital invoice will be provided, hard copy upon request
We accept chip & pin and contactless payments from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as payments through Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
We do not accept cash. Any pre-arranged estimated work is based on an 8-hour working day at our hourly rate, you will only be charged for the hours worked and not for any breaks taken.
